Michael Flügel is a jazz musician and music educator based in Germany. He has taught at the HfM Nürnberg, the Berufsfachschule für Musik Nürnberg and the Musikschule Fürth, with over 25 years of experience in teaching harmony and piano.
The app's theoretical foundation draws on the Berklee Harmony Concept, alongside works by Ludmilla Ulehla, Gárdonyi–Nordhoff, Wolf Burbath and Frank Sikora.
